Credits are Not Getting Applied on Cancelling Product/deal after Migration

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.18.0 version, Subscription Management

The credits are not getting applied when I cancel a product or a deal in BRM after migration.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1) Migrate the account from legacy having annual product for which the payment has already been done in the legacy.
2) Do the billing in BRM for that account , the charges are coming as 0 (as expected).
3) Cancel the product in BRM effective immediately.
4) No credits are getting applied to the account.

What kind of pro-ration set for the product please check.
-- Calculate the charge based on the amount used.

What is the current value
--Scaled amount for the product Rs 6,588.00.

What is the expected value
--credits should be applied based on the duration of the product used.
