Users Are Unable To Create A New UDA Through User Defined Attributes Template

Symptoms


User is unable to create New UDA using User Defined Attributes Template.
When user id trying to create new UDA using User Defined Attributes Template, process is showed as processed successfully, in process review status screen, but the data cannot be found in database.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Download a blank template of Foundation Data>Data loading>Download>Item>User Defined Attributes.
  2. Enter the details required in UDA sheet.
  3. Make Translation sheets and columns as non-mandatory
  4. Upload the template.
