Symptoms

On Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) version 4.4.1 after library files was changed the following errors were reported in /var/adm/synclog

Changes

 The libiconv.so and libiconv.so.2 symbolic links wre changed to libiconv.so.2.5.0 (32 bit); this library is used for character conversion.
