Symptoms

ORDINVUPLD batch fails with similar error when the items in the file are not ranged to a store:

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Run ORDINVUPLD batch. Make sure the items in the file are not ranged to a store.
2) Note that the batch fails with the above error.
