OCOMC Exception While Writing the Response Error Record (Doc ID 2311015.1)

On : version, NM Core

When ECE distribution cartridge is writing the suspense record, a java exception appears in the log and as a result the suspense file gets corrupted.

This issue happens inconsistently.


The java exception in ECE DC log:
