Adjust Receipt Button is Disabled in Shipment Screen For Received Shipments

Adjust receipt button is disabled in shipment screen for received shipments.
Steps To Recreate:
When tried to select a received shipment on an PO(Purchase order) and to adjust the receipt, 'Adjust Receipt' button is not getting enabled.
1. Navigate to shipment screen.
2. Select a shipment on an order which is in 'Received' status.
3. Notice Adjust receipt button is not enabled.
