ADF_Faces Error in Manage Transfers Screen for User With RMS_Transfer_Inquiry_Duty

When attempting to navigate to manage transfers screen for user with RMS_Transfer_Inquiry_Duty,
the following error occurs.
Steps To Recreate:
1.Login to RMS with user provided a job with RMS_Transfer_Inquiry_Duty having View_Transfer_Priv and Search_Transfer_priv only.
2.On navigating to Inventory> Transfers> Manage Transfers, Adf_Faces error is encountered.
