Symptoms

When attempting to export XML or run Schedule Comparison, the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional
2. Go to Tools --> Schedule Comparison (Claim Digger)
3. Login window appears
4. Attempt to login
5. Check the log file and it displays the error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run any internal plugins.
