Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When attempting to perform attachment operations in Java Client, the following error occurs.
File Manager log does not show any error. File Manager Configuration page does not show any errors also.
Attachment operations also fails in Web Client.

Error
File Server is down. Please make sure the "File Server" is correctly set in the "Server Settings -> Locations" of Power Client.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Java Client in admin user
  2. Upload an attachment to any object
