Action Item Date Is Getting Updated Automatically

In Argus 7.0.3, Activities tab > Action Items, the Date Open value changes to server date if the client PC has a date in the future compared with the server's date.
1. Open the case
2. Go to Activities tab, go to Action Items
3. Enter a date in Date Open field
4. Choose an action code in the Code field
5. Tab out of the Code field
6. The Date Open value changes to the server date
This occurs only when the client PC and Argus servers are on different dates based on different time zones - the change of the action type even entering the date correctly using "=" automatically changes to the server date.
This does not occur when the client PC and Argus servers are on the same date.
