Enhancement Request - Restrict Users for Line Item Addition/deletion in M6 Through GUI (Doc ID 2311100.1)

PSR Order Requirement :  MSS 6.2.1

1.. A particular MSS User-ID, should not be able to add/delete any order line item if the source is " integration application " while the same user should be able to add/delete line item if order is logged manually in MSS.

2.. User who has access to add/delete line item in MSS PSR order (whether via integration or manual order logged), should not be able to perform said action once order reaches to particular stage (particular task ready or completed).

3.. User who has access to add/delete line item in M6, should only be able to add/delete only specific line items (specific spec_grp_ids in the product tree)
