Discrepancy Review List Always Shows ROUTING_DATE As NULL

When reviewing discrepant data via the Discrepancy Review List, you observe that the ROUTING_DATE column is always null
You expect the ROUTING_DATE column to be populated
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. sign on to ReIM
2. navigate: Tasks> Invoice matching> Discrepancy Review List > Search
3. observe ROUTING_DATE column is null
