Actual Effort Hours Do Not Match Across Roadmap, Timesheet and Heatmap for Resources in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Symptoms

The Project Schedule (Roadmap), Timesheets, and Heatmaps do not to match up for Actual Hours for a Resource.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All areas where time is recorded for a Resource should match one another.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Instantis EnterpriseTrack as an Administrator
  2. Navigate to the Project associated with the affected Resource
    1. Navigate to the Project Schedule page (Roadmap)
  3. Take note of all Actual Hours for the affected Resource
  4. Navigate to the Heatmap tab for the affected Resource
    1. Expand all Projects until associated Project is displayed
    2. Take note of all Actual Hours for the affected Resource
  5. Navigate to the Timesheets page
    1. Filter for the affected Resource
    2. Browse through all Timesheets associated with the Project time frame
      1. Take note of all Actual Hours for the associated Project
  6. While some hours may match for specific Activities on the Project there is more than one instance of Timesheets, Schedule or Heatmap not matching on Actual Hours for the Resource
