Item Number Displays Incorrectly With Special Character Under Affected Items Tab (Doc ID 2311407.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Item Number with Special Character such as slash "/" , bracket "(",")" as displayed incorrectly under Change object Affected Items tab Redline section.

Expected Behavior
Item Number with Special Character should be displayed correctly under Change object Affected Items tab Redline section.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Web Client
  2. Create item : SAMPLE-ITEM_(01)
  3. Create ECO and assign SAMPLE-ITEM_(01) to affected items tab
  4. Click SAMPLE-ITEM_(01) and review the lower part of window : Title Block Redline section

    Redlines for SAMPLEITEM_(01)
