Assign Action Is Throwing Exception When Verify Button Is Clicked

A transaction is throwing an exception when the Verify button is selected that is not displayed on screen, but is present on the log.
Issue also occurs when trying to save the RoleScreen for the Annuitant role.
Steps to Recreate
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a policy that is in Inforce Premium Paying status
2. Add a new Coverage Change activity
3. Select Face Increase
4. Add new Premium amount
5. Select the Verify button.
