Roles Are Not Getting Created In BRM If ECE Is Enabled

Symptoms

On a setup using ECE 11.2.0.8.0 and BRM 7.5.0.15.0 version,

When trying to create roles in BRM, there are errors thrown in cm pinlog.

Steps to reproduce:

In an ECE enabled environment:
Step1: Create a customer center user (in Permissioning Center for example).
Step2: Check cm pinlog. Error occurs during publishing of business event AccountStatusUpdate to ECE. Seems ECE does not support this.
