On a setup using ECE 22.214.171.124.0 and BRM 126.96.36.199.0 version,
When trying to create roles in BRM, there are errors thrown in cm pinlog.

Steps to reproduce:
In an ECE enabled environment:
Step1: Create a customer center user (in Permissioning Center for example).
Step2: Check cm pinlog. Error occurs during publishing of business event AccountStatusUpdate to ECE. Seems ECE does not support this.
