REL Session Stuck on Status 8192

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 126.96.36.199.0 version, it is observed that the Rated Event Loader(REL) file gets stuck on status 8192 for hours.
After that, if the user kill this REL session and keep up with loading other CDR files, most of these files get stuck on status 8192 (updating).
