Street Light DAMAGED FIELD in TROUBLE SUMMARY Window is not Updating

Symptoms

1.Login to Web Workspace as Full Operations plus Switching user.
2.Create an outage event on some device.
3.Select the event in Work Agenda and select Tools->Damage Assessment...
4.Select New Damage Assessment button in Damage Assessments window.
5.In Damage Assessment window,
i) Associate a crew.
ii)Check the "Load Affected" checkbox.
iii)Check the "Street Light Damage" checkbox.
iv) Select Save button.
6.Open Trouble Summary from Tools menu of Web Workspace.
7.Select topmost zone OPAL and then expand the Damage Summary panel.

Observed:# Load Affected is shown as 1. # Street Lights Damaged is shown as
0.
Expected:# Street Lights Damaged should update to show 1.
