Business Process Email Notification Links Do Not Take Users to Unifier

When a Unifier user receives a Task Email from Unifier, there are links that the user can click on to take them directly to Unifier.
These Action Links in the Business Process Task Emails do not work consistently. One time it will take the user to the BP record page and the next it will result in an error.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Unifier User receives Task Email from a Unifier environment.
2. User opens the task email and attempts to click on the "Unifier Login" link in the email.
3. Sometimes the link will work and sometimes it does not seem to work and they receive the following error:
