PROBLEM STATEMENT and other details about required CFA XML tag:
When users try to create a PSR Order (using CreateOrder api) requiring CFA Info, they are not able to pass in the information in xml tag. They should be able to pass-- CFA, from channel, to channel, and MUXLOC---just like the GUI has.
The tag in createOrder xml input structure should be enhanced and should include the following:
1-The Connection ID (circuit name or ECCKT) for the Connecting Facility Assignment.
2-An optional Circuit Design ID: Although, we do not like to have an internal identifier exposed to an external system, the Circuit Design ID will be required if the MSS instance has more than one circuit with the same Connection ID.This is the only time this internal identifier should be passed–as a means to disambiguate the circuit in question.
3-The from channel
4-The to channel :(when using one channel, the from and to channel should have the same value as is done in the PSR UI upon selecting one channel of the facility circuit).
5-The MUXLOC CLLI code:This should NOT be in the form of a location ID, since the system importing the order should not have a need to know the internal location ID of the CLLI code.
NOTE : that the CFA information should be provided within the context of an existing order, a service item (the circuit that will be riding the CFA–not the service item of the CFA itself), and a location.
