The Background Processor Job Worker (jwkr.exe) process crashes for a "Null object reference". This occurred on a reconcile job for an "Equipment Move". The Job Worker actually showed 100% complete and remained on the screen. The JOB_QUEUE.JOB_QUEUE_STATUS was set to 'COM', but there was no corresponding JOB_LOG.JOB_EVENT record for 'Job completed by : DATE TIME'.
During this time, the CPU utilization was very high for the jwkr.exe as well as the Windows Print Spooler service (spoolsv.exe) process. It was also observed during this time that numerous ".psr" and ".bmp" files (example: "clr_1198582_920.psr" and "clr_1198582_920.bmp") were being created in the Background Processor's shared "reports" directory. There were a total of 184 files consuming 517 MB of disk space created in 46 minutes. The first file was placed in the directory at 8:32am and the last file at 9:18am when the process crashed.
