Symptoms
On : 6.3.0 version, IStream Document Manager
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading from both their UAT + PROD environments from IDM 63 SP2 --> IDM 63 SP3.
The users have been unable to EDIT the document from the DMS (using the EDIT) function.
The users encounter a blank page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The users should be able to EDIT the documents from the DMS
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Web Client.
2. Navigate the Enterprise Workspace.
3. Locate document and select the Edit function.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to properly use the Edit function from the DMS.
As a workaround, users have to use the Download function then use the Save/Open options on the File Download dialog box.
