Goal

CRITICAL: Some recreation steps from this note must be done just against EMPTY INSTANCE. For example, against a brand new install/upgrade where the invalid adapter(s) has(have) not being used before. The queries are harmless, but before step 3 or 4, raise a Service Request with Support to confirm below they apply in your case.
