Goal
In Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, find that, while printing the ticket or shelf label from SIM, it fails with below error.
oracle.retail.sim.common.core.SimServerException: Error calling web service method: TicketPrintingExternalService.runReport
at weblogic.utils.StackTraceDisabled.unknownMethod()
