Goal

How To Clear The Cache After Updating The Work Flow Schema Definition With Out Bouncing The Application Server

Customer is directly updating the wf_Schema table as below steps

1. Customer have created new workflow to send email to user with message say 'MESSAGE1'

2. Now updated above workflow definition (with new message, say MESSAGE2) by using a pl/sql procedure that directly updates the wf_Schemas table.

But users still receive the old message. 

Bounce the Application server. Now users the email with the modified message


The Expectation is how to get email notification with new message after updating the workflow definition without bouncing service. Tried by calling notify procedure in custom procedure.
