Smauto Process Crashes With "ERROR: Assertion << Unable To Allocate 64 Bytes" In ORS (Doc ID 2313209.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.1.0 version, Scheduling

We are upgrading our ORS application from 2.1.0.5 to 2.3.0.1.

After completion of the upgrade and post-steps, the smauto process is starting but crashing with the following error. We are using the the mal file as we were using in our 2.1.0.5 environment and it was working then.
