Smauto Process Crashes With "ERROR: Assertion << Unable To Allocate 64 Bytes" In ORS v2.3

We are upgrading our ORS application from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168.
After completion of the upgrade and post-steps, the smauto process is starting but crashing with the following error. We are using the the mal file as we were using in our 22.214.171.124 environment and it was working then.
