Symptoms
We have configured an alert having 'Allow Manual Close' set as 'No', but the alert are still getting closed manually.
As per the definition of Allow Manual Close set to NO,
"Allow Manual Close Switch: Indicates whether or not a user should be able to manually close this type of alert. If set to Not Allowed, then the condition that raised the alert must be cleared in order for the alert to be closed."
The issue is Alert is getting closed manually by user even when the condition is not satisfied. There should be a validation in place to not allow manual closure of this alert. It is getting closed properly when the evaluation algorithm runs after running the alert monitor batches and only when the condition is satisfied.
