Init-config Fails With Error: remote failure: File not found : /var/opt/sun/comms/nabserver/jars/davserver.war (Doc ID 2313365.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to configure Contacts Server 8.0.0.3.0.
Also using Glassfish Server 3.1.2.17 and /usr/java/jdk1.7.0_151.

When running init-config, receive the following error:

Command add-resources executed successfully.
/opt/glassfish3/glassfish/bin/asadmin --user admin --passwordfile xxxxxxx --secure=true --host host.example.com --port 4850 deploy --target server --virtualservers server --contextroot / --force=true --precompilejsp=true --availabilityenabled=true --name nabserver /var/opt/sun/comms/nabserver/jars/davserver.war
remote failure: File not found : /var/opt/sun/comms/nabserver/jars/davserver.war
Command deploy failed.
ERROR: Failed deploying the application....
Error deploying server and resources to application server.
Oracle Communications Contacts Server configuration failed. Please check log file for errors.
-- LOGFILE: /opt/sun/comms/nabserver/install/init-config_20171002202105.log

Due to this issue, Contacts Server cannot be successfully configured.
