Goal

Qn1:On : 11.1.0.9.0 version, User Interface

From PDC screen, there seems no way to search a specific rate plan for updating the rate. As per business requirement, rates need to be changed sometime for specific rateplan or in bulk.

The user has 1000s of impact category configured for a single product. It is very difficult to scroll down to find a particular impact category and change the rate. It would be better to search and find the rate directly.

Please suggest the option for searching a specific rate using filters charge offers+event+impact category.

Any OOB option to modify the rates in bulk?
Any OOB utility (script or tool) to do bulk price change in PDC?
Any custom search option to find a particular rate and change it?
