There is No Data in SLS_ITEM_LM_TEMP Table After SLSILDMDM Batch Execution

After execution of SLSILDMDM batch, there is no data import to SLS_ITEM_LM_TEMP table.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Run SLSILDMDM batch.
2. Verify the SLS_ITEM_LM_TEMP table.
