Service Transfer Scenario Is Not Working After Applying Patch 26023380 (Doc ID 2313607.1)

On Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version, Subscription Management

While  performing the service transfer scenario between accounts by enabling RecreateDuringSubscriptionTransfer business parameter after applying the <patch 26023380>. The service transfer is getting failed in Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) because in the return flist of op_subscription_service_balgrp_transfer, it's not able to get the mandatory field PIN_FLD_BAL_GRP_OBJ and the optional fields PIN_FLD_TO_SERVICE and PIN_FLD_FROM_SERVICE. Without applying the patch it is working fine without any issues.

Please find below the returned flist of opcode pcm_op_subscription_service_balgrp_transfer with and without <patch 26023380>.

Failure Case :: Return flist with <patch 26023380> ( with business parameter RecreateDuringSubscriptionTransfer enabled )
