Postal Code %1 Does Not Have A Corresponding Record On The Postal Defaults

Goal

On : C2M 2.6.0.0.0 version, CI - Customer Information

When attempting to complete an order using new premise without postal code,
the following error occurs.
We’ve are getting the below error in C2M


ERROR

Postal Code %1 does not have a corresponding record on the Postal Defaults

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Main Menu -> Sales & Marketing -> Order +
2. Select Create New Premise and input Postal Code.
3. Click on Save.
4. Click on Complete w/o Package
5. Pop up error message is displayed as mentioned above.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete an order using new premise with postal code. C2M installation does not allow using the Trend Area. So this should be allowed on system level.
