Online Help in the P6 Client Does Not Work When Connected to an EPPM Database

Symptoms

When attempting to access the Online Help in the P6 Client, the following error occurs:

 

Error 404 - Not Found

 

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:
1. Log in to P6 Professional connected to an EPPM database.
2. Select Help > Online Help from the menu.
3. The link docs.oracle.com/cd/E68202_01/en_US/activities_window.htm fails to resolve with the reported error
