Suspense DC is Not Updating Status of Suspended Event after Recycling (Doc ID 2313982.1)

Symptoms

On : 6.0.0.3.8 version, Other

We have configured suspense management in OCOMC using NAR CC and SUSP DC . We have updated DC susp , update file output as suggested in oracle docs.
But still when we recycle a record from suspense manager , it first changes to status 1 , but after processing from ECE DC , it not updating either 0 or 2.
