Global Searches Folder is Empty and Unable to Run Global Search

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Agile is showing empty global searches folder, no searches are available under the folder

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Web Client
  2. Goto global search folder. No searches found
