Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Memory Based Planner
Plan calculation fails if Safety Stock enabled
A Manufacturing Plan completes in error if the flag "Plan Safety Stock" is checked in the Plan Options (tab Organizations)
The Memory Based Planner fails with an error "APP-MRP-22100: Request 39464014 failed", corresponding to a 'Loader Worker With Direct Load Option' failing with the following error message:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (MSC.MSC_SAFETY_STOCKS_U1) violated
MAXIMUM ERROR COUNT EXCEEDED - Above statistics reflect partial run.

The plan completes normal if the option "Plan Safety Stock" is not checked.
