When Updating Durations Using P6 Web Services the Durations Do Not Appear in P6 (Doc ID 2314226.1)

When attempting to update durations using P6 Web Services the duration change is not reflected in P6.  For example, updating lag using P6 Web Services completes successfully, but the lag shows as 0 or has the wrong value when viewed in P6.
