Unable to Edit the Date Fields On Non-WBS Work Items in Instantis EnterpriseTrack

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Date Opened, Due Date and Completed Date fields display as columns on the Non-WBS Work Item Main page but do not appear on the Creation/Edit screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Date Opened, Due Date and Completed Date fields should display in both locations.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Projects page
  2. Select a Project
  3. Navigate to the Non-WBS Work Item page for the Project
  4. Verify the Date Columns display
  5. Click to Edit the Non-WBS Work Item
    1. Verify the Date Fields are not available for edit

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit the 3 date fields provided on the Non-WBS work item main page.
