Goal

Issue 1: On update file in case of success when loaded ,status is getting changed to 0(Suspended) instead of success, why?

Issue 2: When CDR is loaded /recycled its updating ERROR_CODE and TEST_ERROR_CODE in suspense table, why?

Issue 3: In the Recycle Scenario on doing recycle for first time it updates ERROR_CODE but second Recycle updates TEST_ERROR_CODE, why?
