CCB - Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing
SP - Service Pack

Effective immediately, CC&B Product Development will make requested fixes available in the latest available service pack for any supported code line.

Example: a bug logged against v2.4.0.2 (v2.4 SP2) will be fixed in v2.4.0.3 (v2.4 SP3) if SP3 is the latest available service pack for v2.4 code line.

Example: a bug logged against v2.7.0.1 (v2.7 SP1) will be fixed in v2.7.0.3 (v2.7 SP3) if SP3 is the latest available service pack for v2.7 code line.

Customers should therefore be requested and encouraged to upgrade to a more current version.
