Country Field On Client Screen Value Persists On Screen Without Save And From Client To Client

Symptoms

On : 11.0.2.1 version, Client

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When changing the Country on the Client Screen, the value selected persists on the screen when moving from various client screens and when changing from one client to another.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The country should be loaded from the value on the client table when the screen loads.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View a Client (ex. Norman Walls)
2. Change Country field to a value different than it's current value (ex. "Canada - CA.")
3. In the Find field, search for a different client (ex. Annie Grifith)
4. When the record for the second client opens, the Country field will set to the value selected in step 2.) (ex. "Canada - CA.")

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect value will be reported to user when loading the client screen if the country field is updated accidentally.
