Goal

On occasions where policy_server.log or other IPSA log files have been moved, deleted, or renamed when the processes are running they are not being updated.

This can affect the policy_server, system logger, networkprocessor or any other IPSA applications that have files moved, deleted, or renamed while the system is running.
