ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ORS services are not working properly when DB failover is done

We have two data centers. When we are failing DB from data center A to Data center B, ORS services are not working properly. When we query DB to check how many services are running, we are seeing multiple services missing. To fix it we have to restart services which takes a lot of time and the application is not available.
is there a way to avoid this situation?
