RPAS FC: Data Fetch Hangs Upon WB Build Due to Saved Formats from Large Resolution Display

Data fetch is hanging and Fusion Client locks up after an Admin user has saved a format for a template on a computer at high resolution, then a user logons and builds a workbook with a lower resolution machine.
This is causing severe operational issues at customer site.
