Double Clicking Find Client on Role Screen Causes Infinite Loading

Symptoms

On : 11.0.1.0 version, Policy information

Actual Behavior
When users navigate to the Role's Screen and double click the Find Client button it causes the search fields portion to continuously show the loading bar.
The only way to get the screen back is to refresh the page or navigate away and back to it. No errors or stack traces are written to the logs.

Expected Behavior
All buttons on the screen should be able to handle an accidental double click and recover gracefully

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open any policy, role tab
2. Double click on the Find Client button
Screen freezes, users must navigate to a different tab/button then return to re-enable the Find Client functionality
