On Oracle Healthcare Translational Research (OHTR) 3.2 version,
Navigating from the Cohort List to any patient take from 50 - 90 seconds.
The steps from <Doc 2263448.1> have been implemented but there was no improvement.
Gather statistics were run using this statement:
Also gathered statistics using 5% sample size on the schema using sql developer.
Ran the following procedure: REFRESH_STATS_TAB.
The patient population is 3,363,346 but there is only six months of related data in this environment.
This will have to perform in an environment that has almost six years worth of data.
It would be expected that the navigation time to be under 30 seconds at least.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Cohort Explorer, go to "Cohort Query" tab;
2. Define a new Query and run it;
3. Click over Patient Count number and select Cohort List.
4. From Cohort Viewer/Cohort List sub-tab, click on a Patient ID.
5. Count the time needed for the Patient ID to be displayed.
