IRC screen hangs when tried to select effective date.
Steps to Replicate
1. Navigation: "Common Object Maintenance --> Rate Management --> Interest Rates"
2. Trying to see the interest rate values within respective buckets in UI for a particular IRC
3. The page opens fine in edit or view mode. But when trying to change the from and to dates or the effective date range the screen hangs for considerable time then web page crashes.
