Currently looking at the STG_BILLS_CONTRACTS table.  It does not appear to be properly handled in ALM.  When looking at the T2T for the table in ALM - T2T_BILLS_CONTRACTS, it seems to be a fairly standard configuration to populate an instrument table. However, the following issues can be seen:

1. Looking at the ALM download specifications, there appear to be only 35 columns defined, with  all of them as DL-OPT.  Key fields such as v_contract_code (which is used to create the synthetic account number) are not present.
2. From a functional point of view why are the interest rate columns present in the staging table? Are they there just to enable defaults to be plugged in to ensure the engines run?
