OHI Environment Not Starting After Database Flashback

Goal


After doing a database flashback the OHI application is not starting up and is giving multiple errors like "Internal Exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: RCL_POST_CW_RULES does not exist. " What is the problem?

The server logs showed a different error for every startup try.
