Documaker 12.5 EE DWS Web Service Quit Responding (Doc ID 2315713.1)

The WebLogic server service is timing out with this error:

"The server dmkr_server is in an incompatible state."
"All of the servers selected are currently in a state which is incompatible with this operation or are not associated with a running Node Manager or you are perform the action requested. No action will be performed."

Additional Errors in include:

Errors in the dmkr_server.log indicate problems making connections to the database as well as out of memory errors.
